Huntsman to increase MDI and MDI-based systems prices in Europe

The Polyurethanes division of Huntsman announced that it will increase the price of all MDI products and MDI-based systems by 200 EUR/t in the European region as soon as agreements allow, but no later than 1 April 2010.

According to the company, this price increase is necessary to achieve re-investment economics and address the significant further increases in its raw material costs.
