PolyOne buys New England Urethane

On 23 December 2009 PolyOne announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of New England Urethane, Inc. (NEU).

The company provides engineered thermoplastics, services and solutions to the healthcare market. NEU was founded in 1988 and is based in North Haven, CT, USA. The purchase price of USD 12 million includes an earn-out payable in 2011.
