ESCO (Edge-Sweets Company) announced the development of its new ECD Basic Series metering and dispensing machines. The new range of machines fills a niche for a large customer base that seeks a simple, dynamic means of metering and dispensing.

ECD Basic Series

The ECD series is ideal for the entry level polyurethane processor and those companies with low volume moulding needs, says ESCO.

The simplistic design of the ECD series results in a shorter lead time and reduces the need to carry a lot of spare parts. It offers a throughput of up to 9 kg/min (20 lbs/min) and flow rates up to 4.5 kg/min (10 lbs/min). The new ECD Basic Series rounds out ESCO’s metering and dispensing offering, resulting in a comprehensive line of machinery to serve an entire range of users, says the company.
