Dow announces price increase for its range of Tergitol and Triton

Dow Europe, Horgen, Switzerland, announces a price increase of EUR 0.05 – 0.10/kg - depending on grade, for its line of Tergitol TMN series and Triton CF, DF and BG series specialty surfactants in Europe.

The price increase is effective October 1, 2007, or as contract terms allow. According to Dow, the increase is required as a result of the continued rise in raw material costs including alcohols as well as increases in transportation, packaging and storage costs.
