Change of leadership at Parker

Kurt Keller, 51, was named Vice President (VP) of Parker Hannifin Corporation based in Cleveland, OH, USA, and President of the Seal Group. Keller succeeds Heinz Droxner, 64, who recently retired on 30 September 2009 after more than 36 years of service to the company.

Huntsman appoints new independent Board member

Huntsman has appointed Dr. Patrick Harker, 51, as a new independent Director to its Board of Directors. Harker has been President of the University of Delaware, Newark, DE, USA, since 2007. From 2000 – 2007, he was Dean of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Professor of Electrical and Systems Engineering in the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Science.
