Bäumer presents TRIM Premium, state-of-the-art vertical cutting machine
After more than a year of intensive development work, Bäumer (Freudenberg/Germany) presented TRIM premium, including the new Bäumer HMI, to the public for the first time in June 2025 at Foam Expo North America in Novi, Michigan.

The TRIM premium is fully automatic, cuts at a maximum speed of 60 m/min, and requires significantly less space than its predecessor. The state-of-the-art vertical cutting machine has been specially developed for cutting, trimming, and dividing foam blocks. Equipped with the new Bäumer HMI, it offers unique features and advantages that make it an indispensable tool in foam processing.

TRIM premium - high-speed trimming of blocks
Our new machine impresses with its multifunctionality: the 90° rotation of the knife via a pneumatic device enables precise cutting to length, trimming, and cutting of blocks.
Thanks to its fully automatic operation, variable implementation is possible – in stand-alone mode or as part of a cutting line. Two continuously adjustable, synchronized conveyor belts ensure controlled block movement and removal.
The TRIM premium is an important link between block storage and the manufacturing process.
