Selena Group to acquire Acdis France

Poland-based Selena Group is finalizing the acquisition of Acdis France, makers of polyurethane, silicone and acrylic adhesives and sealants.

This investment allows the Selena Group to access local, experienced commercial and operational structures. This strengthens its position on the French market, a key area for expansion in Western Europe.

Under the agreement, the Selena Group intends to acquire 100% of the shares in Acdis France, which has specialized n supplying high-quality materials for the construction industry, particularly sealants and adhesives for the carpentry and refrigeration sectors, sold mainly under the ACO brand, for 60 years. The products offered by Acdis France are distributed mainly through the company’s sales representatives.

“I believe that once the agreement is finalized, the professionals at Acdis France will bring to our organization their experience and extensive knowledge of the specifics of the local market, enabling us to best respond to its needs by offering our innovative products from the Tytan Professional brand portfolio on the French market,’ said Walter Brattinga, member of the management board for commercial affairs at the Selena Group.

Acdis France is headquartered in Toulon, in the south of France. The transaction is expected to be finalized in January 2026.
