Freudenberg Sealing Technologies appoints Rozmán as CEO
Freudenberg Sealing Technologies appointed Dr. Alexander Rozmán as chief executive officer on July 1, succeeding Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, who moved to the Management Board of the Freudenberg Group to lead engineering, data and artificial intelligence at group level.
Rozmán returned to Freudenberg Sealing Technologies after serving on the management board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, where he was responsible for strategy, strategic marketing and integration processes. Earlier in his career, he was head of global sales at Vibracoustic and led Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' Industrial Services division between 2015 and 2020, giving him extensive knowledge of the company's business and markets.

The company said the leadership change was intended to ensure continuity in its strategic direction while strengthening its position in international markets. Rozmán was supported by the existing executive leadership team, including chief financial officer Kerstin Borrs and chief technology officer Gary VanWambeke.
